Halogen Cycle


The secret of the miniature long-living bulb.
The tungsten atoms evaporate in the halogen gas when there is electricity sent to the bulb,and are attracted to the filament as opposed to the bulb wall.This is called the "Halogen Cycle",that this cycle prevents the blackening of the bulb and prevents the exhaustion of the filament.
